Spam Pinging
Is it reportable? I do it a lot and dont wanna get banned lol. I got all chats disabled and if someone does something dumb I just spam "?" and them respawning.

As far as I know, no one has yet been punished for misuse of pings. That is not to say that this will always be the case.
If you have to ask maybe you shouldn't do it?
It is reportable as a negative behaviour - but it appears to be situation-dependent and probably won't be acted on unless there are a few reports on it.
