So nocturne does what most bruisers do and he deserves nerfs for it?
Yea, Nocturne top/mid is a bundle of stats and aids that could right-click even a Darius to death. No exaggeration. People, especially those who've never faced one in lane, are going to defend it because of his absurdly low pickrate, but it should get nerfed similarly to how Asol got nerfed.
Nocturne top has been a thing since last season man. It just flies under the radar. I think its pretty balanced overall.
