Anivia base HP

Most Anivia rune builds (unless vs assassins) used scaling hp runes which gave her 216hp. Now that those are gone, all other mages have a noticeably higher hp pool then she has. With the hp runes it felt that I can be on a level playing field having more or less the same hp as other mages. Now even with anivia have less hp then a mage who built . I know its pre season and a lot can change in that time, but i would like to see anivia's base hp to go up just a tad to be on par with other mages.
