Some ideas for Nocturne

Now you may say "Nocturne does not need any buff". Yes, i agree, however he doesn't have anything to offer besides his ult hence his pickrate is low. Lvl1 ult CD is ridiculously high and its range is very very low. Fear has constant 2 second channel even on Lvl1.

Following is the list of some ideas. Some ideas may seem overpowered but numbers can be changed.

Umbra Blades

1. Static 10/18/26 healing replaced by 10/15/20% of the damage dealt for that attack.

Duskbringer

1. Enemy hit by this skill has its vision radius lowered.
2. Nocturne becomes ethereal and can move through walls while on duskbringer. However crossing over will double the cooldown of duskbringer.
3. Increase the missile speed.

**Unspeakable Horror **

1. Channel duration 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.0 Fear duration 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.0 This change alone will make him a bit viable. He will have a reliable fear even if its small duration. More duration = more channeling.

Paranoia

1. Range 2500/3000/3500. Cooldown 160/130/100.
