I love defending towers against bad odds as a heavily farmed Veigar. They think since you are squishy and have "unreliable" CC its a free dive.

IKR!?! Sometimes it is better to die trying than to die not having tried at all. At least then you can say you did your best. I main Sona support and I get flamed all the time for not defending a tower 1v5....i just sit there and toss my adorable Q bolts and watch the enemies giggle.

What's a turrent? I decided to do some research. Straight from Urban Dictionary: A common misspelling of the word "turret," usually made by people with a fourth-grade education. Turrents r kOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please spell it correctly or call it a tower.

Alright so if you simply said something like "Hey you misspelled turret, its ok everyone does ^^" i would have realized my mistake and simply change. If you get dived by yourself and they have any amount of CC, you're going to die. I say this as a Mordekaiser main, he's scary when fed but he isn't this god tier 1v5 champ that everyone exaggerates him to be.

That being said, Morde's waveclear could definitely stall a tower push considerably early/mid game.

1v2? 2v3? 3v4? Hell, even a 4v5? Under tower, and as long as you're playing D and not trying to full on teamfight, it can happen.

On the flipside (I agree with you, OP, gotta cut your losses), I dislike it when people don't even try to defend when they're at a disadvantage. There are exceptions, like a fed enemy, of course, but I've seen things like someone letting a tower go without a fight when there's just two champions without cc attacking it.

Fiora is an assassin, she doesn't (always) need cc to kill anybody.

Sometimes the stall is enough but that's only in a situation like your whole team can be there in 10 seconds. Usually yeah, let it fall and defend the next tower

my problem isn't as much people who don't defend as people who just kinda walk in circles next to it then finally go in 1v5 when the tower is essentially dead already. I mean, really, if you're gonna make a defense play do it when tower is there.

If you have CC and lock the guy the turret's shooting, so long as it isn't a tank, maybe it's not so much of a waste. But, chances are, the tank will engage first and make pointless any attempt at giving the turret a free kill.

Azir In bronze no one ever learns to not all walk under turret while I have a soldier up. QER and to much times have I heard DOUBLE KILL TRIPLE KILL. When I have a team mate with me you better god damn walk away from the 2 v 5 under my turret
