"Inactive" but no Queue to become active?

So yeah, I haven't played ranked ina bit and got the notice today "you've been inactive and have 3 days before you start to decay," but there's no ranked queue to remedy this.... flex doesn't count apparently.... is this intentional to force us al t start deranking in the preseason? Will they reactivate the solo/duo Q last second for us? Or am I just fucked? lol
