Braum Ultimate/Buff

Braum is supposed to be the first actually defensive support, which his shield, his passive stun, and his allied jump. His ult fits this scenario by being a good peeling and disengage tool when comboed with the jump. Can we slightly reduce the cast time on his ultimate to allow for faster and therefore safer disengages? Because far too often my ADC would die before i could Jump + Ult. For example, Talon used to be able to delete ADC's like no one's business, but if Braum could get to ADC before Talon could full combo he could knock up Talon and then the ADC could rek him. Plus the long cast time also means less time for Braum to be moving around and helping teamates on top of his already slow movement speed. I know it sounds more like a complaint and I simply need to improve my aim/reaction time, but Braum is at the lower spectrum of supports and isn't the best option for defensive supports (I'd take a Janna over a Braum) and this would be a good buff for him.
