Attack speed slow Should be buffed

The only True counter to ADC, to or champions that rely on basic attacks disappeared.

has been nerfed to oblivion, gives literally no defensive stats because flat 90 armor sucks when you don't have hp in mid game, doesn't give mr and costs 2800 gold which is a lot considering what you can get for that ( ) used to give 20% cdr which was unique, still gives cdr, but who cares if anyone can get 40% cdr so easily without frozen heart? all of those champs used to rush frozen heart as a first or second item, because it was one of the only item that gave cdr for tanks. And then, the aura was nerfed to 15% slow. Don't get me wrong, but that doesn't even match .

And that's it? are the only one remaining. But i wonder if you can pick one of those against (any on-hit effect bruisers/adc) is terrible, period. Can't pick him as a lane counter,no wave clear, support nunu sucks, jungle nunu brings like 1/4 of what any jungler brings ( brings objective control+better things) doesn't realy use it, only use her ulti to burst with her E and then stop the ulti (unless the target is stunned in it)
