I think it is time to look at Fiora's E.

I have no problems with Fiora. Yes, she has a stupid amount of burst damage, but a simple thornmail shuts her down. I go top lane Shen and almost always win. But I think that giving a champ, at the level 1 of the ability a 60% additional attack speed and at the max level 120% is a bit overkill. The bonus movespeed I find great, because I know that she has no escape,so she needs to get around, and removing the only movespeed she has would be stupid. But the attack speed is a bit much. You cannot leave you tower for 3 seconds, or she will take it. Please, comment what you think, if you agree or disagree, but please also say why you agree or disagree. Remember I am talking about her E ONLY. I am fine with the rest of her kit

She's a melee attack damage carry. Jinx and MissFortune have AS steroids too, so it's not too unfitting of Fiora to have one.

Fiora's main weakness is shared with many attack damage carries: no good escape or crowd control (and unlike certain adc's, her dash is offensive only, and the only way to use it as an escape is to attack enemy minions/monsters).

Yes I understand that they do have steroids 2, Miss's at max rank is 60%. The Jinx example would be the perfect way to give bonus attack speed, if you are going to give in such a large amount. Instead of Fiora's 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120%, , nerf it for the early game, but still leave her to be hyper gamer carry like jinx with a 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130%.

As I said, my problem with her is not her damage, but the fact that besides the damage. she is a absurdly god-like split pusher
