Can you guess look into Tyrndamere

Like this isn't a bash thread against Tyrndamere it's more of a can you look into his Passive because I feel like it's unhealthy for Tyrndamere in general. Okay so to explain Riot I think back during the Poppy rework mentioned they don't like champions to be centered around RNG but that's a huge part of Tyrndamere's thing is pre 3 did you crit you opponent 6 times in a row with your 35% crit chance or did you now because if he does then it's easy for him to snowball his lead and get out of control from there but if he doesn't then he winds up pretty useless most of the game. I'm saying this since the other day I got a Jax who was able to kill Tyrndamere at like lvl 3 or 2 and after we killed him at lvl 4 then Tyrndamere was just damned to being useless the rest of the game. So yeah can you look into maybe giving him a different passive than crit I don't know I just wanted to try and start a discussion about this.
