Riot Poppy need some help!

I would like to say that by help i dont mean "Hurr durr riot buff her to become dominant" no but some of her stuff need to be fixed because they are ether bugs or 2009 gameplay that dosent make any sense any more so lets begging

First her MR per lvl i know that back in 2009 riot was all like any champ that have any kind of damage reduction or shield dosent get MR per lvl (For melee champs) But now at 2015 and almost season 6 when all melee champions have MR per lvl ( i am not sure about kassadin) poppy kinda dosent make any sense to not get MR per lvl and no her passive is not an excuse for not MR per lvl!

Second Her E is bugged as hell first some times it dosent even stun the champions other times he stun them on AIR without the champ hit any wall..yeah this skill is messed up but the worst thing is that when you E someone poppy just stop moving and attacking and you need to re attack in order poppy to attack when all other champions with the same abilities they auto attack the target they "Mark" iimmediately after the animation of the skill so this need to be fixed ASAP because its a big one

Now i know that not many players play Poppy so most of them dont even care but for people who play her the champion need some work and because i know riot when they say they will rework a champion it mean after 5 years from the day they say it (Yorick/WarWick/etc) can we fix her a bit so poppy is not bugged and so heavily outdated till her rework?

Before anything happens she needs a full gameplay rework. On paper she is the most powerful champion in the roster, flat out. Fixing bugs or even QoL changes for her can easily push her into popularity and consequential nerf hammer beatdown. Her awkward feel and clunky kit right now is the only thing allowing her to stay at her current power because it's denying her mainstream popularity.

I completely agree she's in dire need of clean up, but I assume most Poppy players would rather not have her hammer turn to a wet noodle and her armor turn to paper in the meantime.

Well even when a champion is on the line for reworks or a champion need to remain weak because her kit is "OP" it dosent mean that her bugs need to stay till her rework

Because her E is a bug because right now if you use E the champion stops attacking and moving....

Oh I completely agree, but I'm playing devil's advocate simply because fixing those bugs may open up a bigger can of worms in the area of balance and delay the gameplay rework even further. Lesser of two evils and all that until she gets a complete overhaul.

they've been working for yorick and warwick rework 3 years now

If i need to wait 3 years till riot decide to check poppy screw it in 3 years from now the game may not even exist...or the world may not even exist...

I think when he said months he meant years. Poppy's rework has been hinted at and mentioned for about 2 years now. Meaning its soon (TM).

Poppy was brought up last November, my guess is the guy that was delegated to work on the project quit.

  1. Poppy is the strongest champ in the game hands down. Why the rework. And yes I get she burns mana fast. Taric on the other hand needs help like no other. His ultimate does nothing, all his moves are plagued by penalties and yes at 40% cd he can pretty much out duel most Champs, and sure if he had a movement speed buff after landing his stun qould be nice
