Nidalee buff suggestion

Now before u flame me, yes I know that she's been super OP for way too long and it wasn't fun. But now its even less fun because she is so bad she basically doesn't exist.. yes she's gotten buffed but because of the jungle changes it doesn't mean shit. A cool buff i can think of that won't bring her back to meta but will make her playable is adding a 35-50% slow for 1.5 seconds on her cougar E. This would fit with her recent utility buffs that emphasize her control/utility side, allowing her to gank and kite better. The main issue with Nidalee being too strong was her extremely fast clear time and mobility around the map, and this isn't bringing it back in any way. It's a small buff, but i feel like it would feel REALLY good for the Nidalee player without increasing her actual power by too much. As I said, some buffs are needed because there's no reason to keep a champion in the gutter.. a champ being bad is fine, but a champ being this bad just doesn't make any sense.. 43% winrate in plat+..
