From what i hear from everyone in this season: Nobody cares about elo. not with autofill triggering people.
It's not even the "better jungler" per say, it's all about the ganks. Stealing camps, warding the enemy jungle and taking dragons are all jungler skills which are totally overshadowed by getting ganks off and getting that first tower from it.
- Who 4-5 man gangbangs the enemy botlane first is also a big factor to this as well.

no its best top lane wins.....
I mean I've had games where I was by far the better jungler, but my team couldn't hold it together enough for me to have many successful ganks and so we ended up losing. In the end I feel like it's mostly a matter of which team has the most broken champs, especially the jungler.
