@Riot: When are some of the newly op mages going to be reined in?

Viktor's contributing with Azir (who is unfixable when it comes to the problem I'm bringing up) to create an extremely stagnant mid lane experience in the lcs and is only really gated in SoloQueue because he's got a high play rate but is somewhat awkward.

Anivia's been one of the top mages in mid ever since she was overbuffed following the mage rework, and promotes an unhealthy experience by just safely pushing the lane constantly because she has to be killed twice to stay dead.

Vel'Koz is now sitting at a 54.77% win rate because Riot fell for the Lux Trap of constantly fiddling with and buffing a champion who was already balanced, and like Anivia promotes an unhealthy style of just constantly pushing and hanging back.

Malzahar still has a high win rate and his kit encourages a complete lack of interaction with the person he's facing in lane.

Swain has already received a pretty hefty nerf this coming patch so I'm not mentioning him, but I recall Meddler mentioned that Viktor and Anivia were going to be looked at in 6.13 because of their performances in 6.11 and 6.12, but so far both have been left alone.

Basically Riot hates mages.

They would never 'balance' Zed Yasuo
