Conqueror on Garen was the most ridiculous shit I've seen, probably gonna get funnier from here on out. One Q+E combo = 100 damage at level TWO. By 6 minutes, that increased to 800 damage dealt from a single rune.
The real problem with Conqueror is that it is interacting with Crit, so champions like 
and 
are disproportionately scaling up early because of it. The math works with flat damage and ability ratios, but once you throw in legacy free crit from champion kits, that balance goes right out the window.

its not 800 damage dealt from the rune.
its 800 physical damage you dealt converted to true damage. the places of the counters should honestly just get switched. because the second number, how much damage mitigation you ignored by converting some of your damage to true damage is more important.
thats the actual number of how much extra damage the rune dealt.
of those 800 damage you would have probably still dealt like 700 damage if you didnt run the rune.
