is if they made her passive at least get the full strength at 300 stacks. gettng 400 stacks is a nightmare right now, and takes way too long for cassio to actually get some amount of her strength back.

You have to kill a target and it has to be poisoned and you have no immediate reward. Ideally you want to Q and then E everything to get stacks, but it feels stupid. You can't simply fire an E at a minion to get that stack, you always have to make sure its poisoned and for some reason only poisoned enemies give stacks, but Cassiopeia herself has to get the kill.
