Help me with ranked (Advice)

Recently, no matter what champion I play or what role I go, I just can't do anything. If I somehow get ahead, either my team feeds the wrong lane or I simply just can't do anything off of it and the person I shut down somehow is more impactful than me. More usually though, I lose lane and couldn't do anything about it simply from being outdamaged by my lane opponent. What am I supposed to do to have an impact on my game?

Change your mentality. By stateing "no matter which champion I play or what role I go..." your already thinking that the game is decided by op champs, who wins what matchup, who is a "hard counter". In reality what consistently wins games is

  1. game knowledge- knowing what you or your opponent is capable of doing at any given time, how to build, how to counterbuild, powerspikes, lane manipulation.

  2. Map awareness/ vision control- if you dont know when your going to get ganked, where their jungle is, if their laners are roaming, you will die and they will snowball.

  3. Mechanics- pretty simple, if you cant cs well or pull off your combo in fast and fluid (no face rolling) manner you wont see a lot of success.

  4. Communication- You need to ping MIA's, ping where their jungle is, ping your cool downs of important spells, let your team know to not go in or go in, tell a less knowledgeable team mate what they should build, where they should go, what isn't/is working; and all of this communication has to actually be EFFECTIVE communication- where the people will actually listen to you and not start flaming you. If you cant influence people with your style of communication you will have 0 impact on your teammates and will have to solely rely on your skill to win or perhaps get carried if your team is good.

Once you have ALL these things (and all at the same time in a game) I guarantee that you will win on a consistent basis. If it inst worth it to you to learn even one of these things then you will have a more sporadic win/ loss cycle.

disclaimer- I'm not able to do these things, but I have games where I do well with one or another which is why I'm bronze but you can rest assured that pro players have all of these things as requisite skills to be as good as they are.

You understand I made this post because I was tilted, right? I normally have a good mentality, I'm just extremely tilted and that's why I made the post. You completely changed what I said and made it about the enemy team picking "OP" champions. That's not what I meant at all.

The rest of your points though, thank you for the helpful advice.

depends if what lane you play, mid if your winning, push and roam (Spread the power man.)

if top, if your playing a splitpusher become such an aggressor they have to either send 2-3 people to stop your splitpush, leaving. other lanes open for your team, or dragons.

if bot/support, try the same with top, except remember that it means you have to with an actual human being.

I cant really help with jg, I don't know to to much about it, other than learning how to read lanes.

Edit: If you're losing

the first thing to do is** STOP BUILDING DAMAGE** cant tell you how many times in both ranked and normal I see a guy building damage still when he's 0-3

The biggest problem is that whenever I see the enemy team send 4-5 people for someone in a side lane, my team does nothing about it. They don't take towers, they don't take dragon, herald, baron, but only take cs even if we tell them to take a tower. Although, you've reminded me about playing Jax.

Well, in the segment they did with Daniel Platzman and Bjergsen, Bjergsen said to build damage when behind and defense when ahead. Personally I agree with him because it makes sense if you keep building tanky when behind generally the enemy team will have enough damage to get through it.

There's a few items that offer (Depends on the champ.) Mixed stats.

for example item 3001 item 3157 item 3156 item 3053

you don't want something like ludens. instead of these types of items that gives both offense and defense

I think that's what bjerg meant

I LOOKED AT YOUR MATCH HISTORY JUST FOR RANK GAMES, THE ONLY GAME IN THE LAST FEW DAYS YOU HAD A GOOD-GREAT KDA WAS A FIZZ GAME. EVERY OTHER GAME YOU HAD A TON OF DEATHS.

ALSO ONE GAME WHERE YOU WERE VIEGAR WITH DARIUS MF YI AND MORGANA THE CHAMP THAT DID ALL THE DAMAGE WAS DARIUS WHICH IN ITSELF IS WAS YOUR ONLY TANKISH CHAMP. YI MIGHT AS WELL JUST FARMED JUNGLE ALL GAME WITH LESS THEN 20K DAMAGE DEALT. YOUR TEAM COMP DIDNT HAVE ANY ENGAGE. NO GAP CLOSER OR RANGE TO ACTUALLY GET TO JIHN.

I UNDERSTAND YOU HAD 23 KILLS ON VIEGAR BUT DUE TO VIEGARS MID RANGE ABILITIES AND BEING SLOW AND SQUISHY YOU HAD DOUBLE DIGIT DEATHS. I THINK MORE THEN ANYTHING YOU LOST THAT GAME IN CHAMP SELECT. I THINK THE ONLY REASON DARIUS WAS ANY GOOD IS HE STOMPED TOP LANE YASOU WHICH HE HARD COUNTERS.
