Why the fuck does the reworked Akali have show/collapse tooltips?
I think literally 100% of the feedback about this was negative, why are they keeping it? It's so stupid, even if it does show the scaling and numbers.

While the feedback on Aatrox's tooltips in particular may have been largely negative, the feedback on the thread in the dev corner about the plan for tooltips was not. Note that they have indicated plans to make expanded tooltips show by default for those that want it.
I think most of the issue with Aatrox's tooltips is that it was their first time trying it and they missed the mark on what people wanted on minimal tooltips, along with it just not being what people are used to. The iteration in the dev corner looks very promising.
