Ok so hear me out.

Akali was a champion with a simple thematic: she was an assassin that could take down multiple targets thanks to her ability to reposition quickly and go in and out of combat with her shroud. She gets reworked and what happens? CertainlyT transforms her previous concept into an actual mechanic. She becomes effective only when she goes in and out of combat continuously, as her passive is her only realiable source of damage.

The dude gets continuously insulted because of champions like Yasuo and Zoe but he is a man with plenty of ideas and creativity.

All of this to say that Skarner has one of the most iconic abilities in the game, his R, as well as one of the weirdest passives, but his kit is unrealiable and outdated. CertainlyT would certainly (heh) create an interesting kit for him.
