I can imagine very well a Rek'sai skin similar to the fish Pyke rides in his recall. Why prioritize Diana, she got a skin not a long time ago, and the Rek'sai community is growing more and more after her rework.
Also please don't bring pool party rek into this discussion just because it's water themed, it looks silly.

As much as I hate to say it (and I do, getting a lux skin and riven skin every year is very annoying) but rito makes skins for champs that they KNOW will sale. Here and there we get a Yorick/Viktor skin but it's kinda rare these days. Riot is a buisness and if they will make more money from champion A, why would they give it to B (even if it fits better)?
I just hope they release Dark Waters Vayne at some point. It would suit her perfectly <3
