It seems after season end, people stop caring and trying. Instead of going to normals or normal drafts for fooling around, they think it's ok to go into ranked and afk. MIght as well disable ranked because you can't stop casuals from ruining preseason. Normals and normal drafts are there for you to have fun and practice, don't bring that it's just preseason excuse. I'd rather have no rank at all than rank where no one gives a fuck.

I don't know if I'm unlucky or you're lucky but almost all of my game after end of season had people afk on my team or enemy. I had an aatrox afk because he refused to group so when we followed him, he stood in base for the rest of the game.
