High frame rate problem during the gameplay

97 ms to a drop till 50 or big lag spike going on during game , team fights are laggy , it's a big problem with every update that we get creates a another problem but disturbs the fun of all players beyond this point , when you have too much patches in one box makes it less room for the game to run properly think about it , Lags creates complains still the space of the game is limited
