There's no good reason to keep Sweeper after level 9. Let's change that :3

Currently, the Sweeping Lens is pretty useless once you hit level 9 and can upgrade to the Oracle Alteration. While this really isn't a problem because you just go back and upgrade it, this isn't the same as your other option pre-9; the Warding Totem. The Totem remains relevant throughout the game and is recommended to keep a few.

My suggestion is to update the Sweeping Lens at level 9, and is as follows;

##Upon reaching level 9, the Sweeping Lens can be directed to move slowly by reactivating it.

Think of Viktor's Ult, and that's how it works (except it isn't stopped by terrain). It would move slowly so can't cover as much area as the Oracle's Alteration, but it'd be safer to use. If it seems too strong for its safety, I'd suggest the sweeping area shrink the further you move it.

As in, let us target them. Not revealing silhouettes.

The silhouettes are cool for walls, but the cooldown seems reasonable to help us deal with the rare stealthed champion.

The space it would hold would be a bit too similar to the upgraded version as it stands, maybe at lv 9 you can use it to sweep from further away while providing vision of the area until it wears off.

This is exactly what I was thinking, at level 9 item 3341 grants true sight of the designated area.

The only advantage it presently has is being able to be used at range, but that advantage is too small to be worth while. Moving it is still too similar to the other upgrade, with no real reason to keep it.

Some ideas that could make it better:

Significantly shorter cooldown than the upgrade, letting you use it more often.
Longer time revealing an area (potentially useful for doing Baron, keeping the ward actively swept from start to finish)
Have it place a stealth ward or pink ward at the center of where it sweep, because why not :)
Grant True Sight on enemies in the area

Personally, I'd go for it placing a Pink Ward in the center post 9.
