sion Q bug not fixed so can riot announce it in a patch as an actual change, or fix this major nerf

SION presses Q, while channelling gets cc'd and it gets interrupted Q goes on 2 sec cd but no mana refund

SION presses Q, while channeling gets cc'd and it gets interrupted Q goes on full cd with no help whatsoever, so about an extra 8 seconds downtime

wasnt announced in the patch, so im counting it as a bug, but this bug makes sion at least 2x weaker
