this is a game (99% of the M and G is memes) your ability bars are only ults (each can be put 3 points only into it you gain a point at levels 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18 Your R does twice as much dmg and can only be learnt at levels 8, 14, 18 tell me your skills and what your passive is

Ooh boy. We've got the makings of a big killer kit, here. Passive and R make me tanky as hell, Q (esp at full AP) gives me tons of wave clear and damage. The silence is nice, too. My W gives me not only some hard CC, but inherent CDR on my other 3 abilities My E is the icing on the cake, as I can't be pinned down if I use it defensively, or I can dive in to burst.
Now, why make 's R my R? Because it does AoE damage scaling with my AP. Not only that, but it does it for 10 seconds. With my E, I won't have any challenge at all with keeping that damage on them.
Can I write my own absurd abilities as long as they're reasonable in lieu of using existing champion abilities?
