sion, uuh, how did this patch break him

ok, whenever sion Q's, if we gets stunned or cancelled it goes on a 2 second cd, this can be critical to plays, I was doing it yesterday a lot, today, patch 8.1, nothing mentioned about sion, but, hiddenly, the lowered cd on cancelation, is non existant, its full cd now
