Tbh its the itemization thats making so strong ( + + = max CDR).

I wish they would do someting about the itemization instead of nerfing Lucian. They're gonna nerf Lucian, then nerf his itemization, then leave him in the gutter

I'd rather they nerf the one champion those items are a problem on rather than indirectly nerfing the dozens of other champions who build those items.

The very idea that three items should be nerfed because they are too strong on one champion is insane.
