i have him, i main adc played him a while ago but my friends all tell me hes this horrible champion. he got a buff now so is he viable?

No one knows yet, the patch has only been out for a day.

If you can pull off an ult that fears another enemy or two then you have a truly amazing initiate on your hands, but that's a pretty big "if" with that long channel time.

Urgot has never really been an ADC in the normal sense, hes pretty much the only Ranged AD Caster, people for some reason think hes an ADC even though his primary damage source isn't AA's.

Urgot has never been a good adc but the new fear mechanic helps Urgot adc more during lanning phase than solo lane.
