Lucian

Is he getting any changes? If so when are they going to hit the pbe? Currently this patch, Top 3 lowest winrates. Ryze, Nunu, Lucian. The best players according to lolanalytics winrate: Ryze 56%, Nunu 53%, Lucian... wait for it.... 49%. Lucian is much worse than Nunu. Nunu has an outdated kit. Lucian doesn't doesn't even have that as an excuse. He is just incredibly weak. So is he going to get any thing to help him?

Im glad hes trash tier. When he was good he was in every single game and had a ridiculous pick rate. Maybe give him a Q range buff and give his W a small AD Ratio like .2 but other then that he can stay where he is
