About Leblanc

I have no problem with her burst, shes an assassin, i get that shes supposed to have huge burst potential. she seems to be in a good place right now with that burst... however....

What I do have a problem with is her Ethereal chains

When we take a look at other assassins with similar burst potential, like talon, zed, and akali it makes no sense why she has a snare + slow on her chains. The reason they dont have hard CC is because it is offset by their burst potential, so why isnt that applied to LB? What those assassins do have slows, talons cutthroat, zed has his spin, akali has her shroud, but no other form of CC. So lets tone her back to where she should be. As an argument against LB using these same assassins is the fact their mobility is much more limited then LB's with talon and akali only having gap closers and no real escapes, and zed has his shadows but atleast he has a cast limit range to where he can go back to his shadow.

Id like to suggest making her tether more like swain's decrepify where it will do damage over time while slowing, it just doesn't snare.

id like to suggest just removing the snare and leave the rest of the move as it is, the reward by itself is the fact that you slowed them AND got a good chunk of damage off twice no need to throw in another snare

I feel that the removal of the snare is what is needed to keep LB in line with the other assassins. No need to fiddle with the numbers. With these changes it will still reward people for staying near their target as LB, However it doesnt reward her unfairly in both pursuit and escape
