Who thought the reworked Zyra was balanced?

Riot spends 1-3 years reworking and hyping up a champ. Release it, champ is over powered or under powered. They buff/nerf said champ once, then forget said champ. There are, literally about one dozen examples, but I'll just say "Mordekaiser" So bad, for so long, they turn him into ADC, completely OP. Then they nerf him, and now he's absolutely irrelevant. Will they fix him? Nope. They already "reworked" them, Riot has pride and can't admit they fuck up, so they just shove the reworks down our throats and keep going. Zyra isn't balanced, but Riot doesn't give a single fuck about how you feel. Buy more Chroma Packs, Ward Skins, LCS Icons, Skins, and Hextech Bundles please. Oh and while you're at it replace you're entire warddrobe with merchandise from their store.
