Can't lock in champions
Really love losing LP and having to wait an hour to join a ranked queue because you made locking in mandatory even though your new client is so flawed that it can have "an error locking in your champion" 3 times in 10 seconds

This probably isn't riots fault. My guess would be that you had/have bad connection when this happened.
It's definitely the client, I just upgraded my internet speed and latency and I had the same problem
