Want to know what an excuse is? Something that doesn't make sense. Saying Viktor's amazing single spell waveclear should be nerfed slightly so he isn't so punishing to play against is not an excuse

Lux has amazing waveclear (20 second ult), Anivia has amazing waveclear but problem is Viktor's waveclear.
Also topic is Gp's nerf.

As I stated before, it's not an excuse; you just don't like it. Viktor had amazing waveclear on a single spell with not much AP on a low cooldown and low mana cost, and is not even optimized for wavclear like someone like Anivia is; this is not the most healthy aspect a game could have. So they minimally nerfed the damage to his laser.
And please, could you please learn how to type in English better? I know you're from another country, but if you are going to be on the English speaking boards of an English speaking country, you need to put in the effort to use proper grammar.

You upgrade E first. You take E first. You max E first. You get the first hex core as your first item.
You don't need to have E maxed in order for it to wavclear: it can be done with just the base AP from runes, masteries, Dorans, and the first hex core upgrade.

Miror B1 votesI kinda agree that GP (and to a lesser extent viktor)'s nerfs were a bit unwarrented, will focus on GP to avoid the toxicity of this post. GP (like nasus) has been a farm-heavy character with pretty big risk (unless you get decent gank pressure you're gonna often lose tower no matter who you face) and pretty high reward (4-5 items deep, he can basically 2-shot squishies with barrels). While he did have his giant late-game pros, his sheer level of difficulty combined with the fact he's bad until said power spikes made him pretty balanced. Why riot would choose to nerf him (alongside viktor of all things) confuses the hell out of me, and is looking more like a "we don't want to see them as much in the LCS" reason and less about a "balancing the game to make it better" reason.

Jungle Lux God1 votesIt's one thing to be a top pick (which Lee Sin definitely has been), it's another thing to be overpowered (which is what Gangplank has been).
Lee Sin has been a really strong pick in solo queue for quite a while, but sometimes falls in/out in competitive play, such as when Cinderhulk was released (where Lee Sin completely left the competitive metagame in favor of tanks, most prominently Sejuani, Gragas, Rek'Sai, and Nunu to a lesser extent). Gangplank, on the other hand, was pick/ban during worlds (mostly banned), and hasn't really fallen in power to really change that.
Also change my original post to say rework instead of release.
