Just had a game where i had 5,5k hp in a 30min game. [slayer-pantheon-rainbows] Mostly thanks to the new runes.

I really appreaciated this part of the new runes.

(I had Grasp, %HP based on minions death near you, Celstial Body or however its called 100hp -10%dmg)

Dude with old runes I took %Max Health (9% I think?) Plus that jungler tank item.... Around 20% bonus max health. It might not seem extreme, but 7k health in ranked is extreme :D
