I hate this system so goddamn much. I'm going to have to in four matches in a row AND THEN I still have to put up with promos again.

But of course you can be at 99LP after a 5 win strike, then win one game to earn ONE LP to get to 100!! and then you can win one more for 0LP! and then you can EVEN WIN ONE MORE!!! 7 winning strike! And what will you get? 0LP! You will be at 0LP in the next tier! Isn't it wonderful?

You are obviously leaving part of the story out. If it takes you 4 games to get 42lp (winning all) then you must have really bad mmr. In fact the only time I have seen that happen is when someone gets elo boosted to a tier they don't belong and then try playing solo against much more skilled opponents.

Not saying you were boosted. But mmr doesn't tank that badly without a reason.
