Is Sated Titanic Eve Playable?

I really want it to be, it seems like it would be so much fun once built, but getting there could be difficult... Especially since it would be most effective with e max, which doesn't do a great job of clearing the jungle.

If you do your job as Eve and gank your lanes you can probably get away with building anything.

I've done Sated Titanic Voli, and that worked pretty well. I dont see why it wouldnt on Eve.
