How does teemo have a 50% win rate?

So let's start off with I play with silvers/gold not plat+ like op.gg says however 7/10 times teemos are trolls. For example I had a shitty day today lost promos was about to go back into promos but a guy afk'd @lvl 6 and my dumbass teammates wouldn't surrender forcing me to waste 18 more minutes of my time... anyway then comes to lucky games, 2 games in a row both teemos and both trolling. teemo went ad which basically lost them the game, they probably still would of lost but their chances would of been better. last game, teemo afk'd@lvl 7.

this like I said isn't just a one time thing, always happens and it is always teemo.

Because even if you back to back go against 25 Teemo trolls, those 25 alone won't be impacting Teemo's win rate at all due to his popularity.

A properly played Teemo top lane is absurdly oppressive. Couple that with the fact that many solo q junglers don't like to go top lane and that leads to a lot of games hard carried by the Teemo.

well was just on a team with a teemo, guess what? toxic and we lost like always
