Impossible to ban hover picks ?

I know the 10ban system is coming up soon, but I wanted to add something that currently annoys me. Can we make it impossible for your teammates to ban the pick you are hovering.

I've had many teammates who didn't like my pick and ban my champion purposefully. It really irritates me afterwards when they use the excuse of "its a team game" to justify there action >_>
