That is what I had to deal with.
The game was not fun.
The champions were gimmicky and I felt like I was playing against a boss that was impossible to beat.
CC chains and splitpushing ruined any possible ounce of fun.
Fix these champions.

You now have counters against all of those champions, the problem was probably your players.

jg has ganks that are hard to escape bc of his range but almost any jg with gap closing ability should be able to counter him effectively
Was Mid? Yasuo or Galio counter almost every mage and I would think 
is a good pick too
Top? I don't play top much but I have been told that the Dreaded Garen counters him, and I think Teemo top can frustrate any one
I'm not very good so maybe my peers haven't done him justice but I have pretty much never seen some on play lucian and not stink
Who was on your Team? sometimes people just pick who they want to play and don't consider that they are being countered, or that their champs don't actually mesh well together.
I don't know what the pro's would do but I don't see how anyone could lose a 5v5 in Normals if you had
