No. They hadn't changed the voice over at all. The audio was just updated to be much clearer with the new audio engine that was added to the game at the time. It is indeed the same exact old audio (I've played both files on top of each of other in an audio program).

Things like voice actors do change though in games like this though due to many reasons. They cannot always keep the same ones because people are either unavailable due to other work, can no longer work on this type of project, the person doing the voice may have retired, they may have died (RIP Original Nasus), ect.

The looks are still fairly similar to their original looks, I mean, GP base skin is pretty different but the Captain Skin that was released side by side basically retained his original look. Akali on the other hand has less of a generic ninja look and was more refined into her own unique feel.

Interesting. It definitely sounds so much different that I thought it was a new voice actor. I noticed it immediately.

I don't know. Yes GP looks similar to the original GP, but it's like his personality has changed. He's emo as fuck now.

Plus they also changed Morgana's lore. Originally she was just a rebel. Now they make her out to be the bad guy. Anyway we'll see what happens. Despite being one of the oldest champions in the game she has some of the least fleshed out background and personality in the game. Of course that may just be because of lack of player interest.
