Who Fed Ru3 votesit's not his early game, and by the point the buff takes effect he already is falling off, so it's fine imo.

The guy got hit way too hard by the loss of Tracker. 200 damage on his rank 3 R isn't going to change the fact that he lost a ton of early-game impact.
