If it's not unique by the time it hits live then yes, it stacks.

It's literally one of the worst things you could stack in the game, but you can stack it if you really want to.

Reduced crit damage? That's something you'd want to stack sometimes

It already has two passives that don't stack that are added into the gold value of the item, and the defensive stats are not exactly ideal for stacking.

Personally I recommend reducing crit damage by building damage of your own and killing whoever is critting you. I'll take a 100% reduction in crits to a maximum of 70% crit damage reduction any day.

well. to answer your post, it's not additive. a second randuin's is only worth 9% reduced damage, and so on. imo against a full ad team? worth otherwise it's not that viable unfortunately
