Has anyone else noticed that a lot of the offensive AD champions with shields are hated?

Of the AD champions who have shields, many of them have a bad rep. Personally, I do think there is a correlation with frustrating play and AD/Shields but I want to hear what you guys think.

Personally I don't have a priblem with Lee Sin's and Udyr Turtle stance. But I really hate Yasuo's shield tho.
