can we fix the team snowball

its really annoying half the time it feels like if the game goes 0-5 its over i feel like there is to much passive gold being thrown around. if im 8-0 and my teams feeding or even like 0-2 then enemy shuts me down and even assists get 220ish gold like ??????????? thats pretty much kill gold for an assist also assists reset gold value. so if one lane stomps are pretty much always getting at least 300 gold WHY. if im 0-7 and just happen to be apart of a kill now im worth 300 gold again its toooooo much i feel like im playing HOTS over here. where is league when climbing 1v9 was actually possible...
