ACTUAL intentional feeders

So i have a game and i pick mid basically there support nunu goes mid and intentionally feeds walking under tower to die and to my lane multiple times and then in the chat proceeds to PRETEND that he doesnt know anything about the game im just saying this is ranked and i know im not in high elo (only silver) BUT you should know basic things he goes WAIT CAN I NOT Q CHAMPIONS WITH NUNU???? later in the game when im reporting him he asks if im mad.... WHY does it seem like nothing happens to people who intentionally feeds like i could show anyone this video and you would all know hes intentionally feeding its so obvious. i've personally been on behavior restrictions multiple times in the past but my god id rather deal with some over confident cocky fuckin asshole who is tryhard then some dick who decides oh hey man im gonna run it down mid

Does anyone actually know if anyone other than tyler1 gets banned for intent am i just wasting my time reporting people for intentional feeding or what is it 90 percent of the time to hard to prove?

As you implied, one of the reasons these people don't get punished more often is that Riot's algorithms have trouble distinguishing intentional feeding from extremely bad games. My position on this, though, is that it doesn't matter, and that the reason they're hard to distinguish between is that there really is no significant difference between the two. Whether the player is diving under tower with the purpose of feeding, or because they're legit bad enough that they think they can 1v1 them under tower while 3 levels down, they're still feeding beyond the ability of any and all allies to carry them, and it ruins the game. Recently, I made a post about the (lack of) difference between intentional and careless feeding. If you're interested in getting these players like the Nunu you mentioned punished, I'd recommend checking out the thread.
