I'm not saying everyone else does, but I do. Keep the shithead duo's off my team and the good ones off the opposing team. Let me test my skill in an actually fair fight, where the comms on both sides are going to be equal.

The comms on both sides usually ARE equal. if you have a duo on your team, then the enemy more than likely has a duo on their team too.
