Why do I have to wait in fountain for mana to refill?

That is fking absurd.

I'm starting to think Riot just wings a lot of things and waits a few patches before they actually know what to do. Example is when they made grievous wounds for self heal only... WTF? and then changes it back.

Now for sure as HELL I don't trust them for removing green wards and mana pots. They haven't got a fucking clue what they're doing over there. As a support I used to ward at least 3 bushes to prevent ganks. Pink ward doesn't do anything when you're against an aggressive lane. The trinket ward cooldown is way too long for the duration they last.

Why the hell do you have to wait at least 7 seconds in fountain on an EMPTY mana bar for it to refill? It doesn't even increase overtime. Energy champs just get a slap on the wrist?? They don't have to wait for anything. That is 100000000% FUCKING ABSURD!@!!!!!!@!@!#!#@!$#@%$#@%$#W%$ HOO HA HE HA #%@#W%@#W #@% ICE CREAM CONE #@%@#%!$!$!@$ !!!!

If you have problems with mana, just take summoner 13 . 50% mana back instantly = OP. And your teammates around you get mana back too = BROKEN.

I don't know why you're suddenly complaining about this when I don't think they've ever changed it and if they have I don't think they have this season, let alone this patch.

there are mana rengeration items, items that increase your mana pool and you can mana regen with runes and masteries. you even have the option of the secert stash mastery where when you buy hp pots it turns into the biscuit that gives you a small mana refil. they also have items like item 2031 item 2033 item 2032 they made the changes to the game to make it not as easy to stock up on mana pots and spam abilities to do damage, now you have to think and plan out your abilities which a person who can mana their mana compared to a person who doesnt clearly have a stronger ability to master their champs and game.

as for champs who use energy they have no way to buy items to replenish their spent energy. their energy pool is way smaller then a champ with mana.
