Can we change the passive of Lissandra? And what about Lissandra jungle?

I always felt that her passive was not only boring, but well kinda useless too. i mean mana management is not really something that is true of the identity of Lissandra, on the other hand is really good on a champion like Xerath who has a "similar" type of passive, but is much more needed for him then for Lissandra.

Some time ago they were talking about adding a shield as a passive for Lissandra, wich would be much more in theme and needed at the same time. like a glacial shield or something when you engage.

Also, there are so few Ap junglers, that i think they should encourage existing champion in the jungle a bit more. I think lissandra could be a great jungler with some tuning and a new passive. She could also go for a bit more of a tankier build and not the full AP one. She has a lot of CC and tools to work with from the jungle, she could have decent clear speed after some items, you can force fights, and you can disengage pretty quickly. Heck she might even be a bit too much op for the jungle :D

Well all in all i'd like to see her fixed a little bit, the last change for her ulti on hte PBE is much needed, encouraging another use for her ulti.
