LB changes were extremely experimental too.

I'd even argue those were on a greater scale than these.

These buffs are situational - lux requires a killing blow with the ult, kat needs to reach level 16.

LeBlanc was shafted from level 1 for the whole game.

Tbh, there's absolutely 0 reason to complain. We just got a new patch and it will be a while until the next one. Those changes could even be postponed to a later patch, so why bother complaining right now?

So Riot is 100% clear on the fact that we're against the current state of the changes they've introduced on the PBE.

Riot doesn't have a lot of time to make changes. The sooner they know something the better.

Personally, I think the Katarina change should be 120/75/30 seconds, not this stuff.

Also, Lux change should be reverted and replaced with with a buff to her shield like removing it's cast time and reducing it's cool down down to 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds from 14/13/12/11/10 seconds.
