Anti Crit version of randuins
Question, who thinks it would be good for the game if there were an item that reduced the crit chance of an attacker? I think we shoulda had this a long time ago.

Hell yeah we should.
From a design perspective, the way the current randuin's handles anti-crit with percentage reductions is probably way healthier, and much less rng-reliant.
